RETURNS - Return Policy

You can return items sold by Alp-n-Rock within 10 days from receipt of the product. We cannot refund returned items that have been used or have any visible signs of use.

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 10 days from the receipt date and ensure that the item is in its original, unused condition (including: packaging, accessories, product tags, etc.). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number. You must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee (shipping charges are non-refundable). For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

If you qualify to return your product, please email sales@alpnrock.com and include your full name, phone number, shipping address, item(s) you wish to return, and your order number. We will respond to you within 2 business days with a return authorization number and instructions. Please note if you return any items without an authorization number there will be a $10 fee.
