On the condition that you fully comply with these Terms, Alp N Rock grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. Except as expressly authorized by these Terms, you may not (a) modify, disclose, alter, translate or create derivative works of the Service, (b) license, sublicense, resell, distribute, lease, rent, lend, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the Service, (c) disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any of the software components of the Service, (d) copy, frame or mirror any part of the Service, (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
As between you and Alp N Rock, all information, materials and content of the Service, including our trademarks and all text, graphics, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, typefaces, source and object code, format, queries, algorithms and other content is owned by Alp N Rock or is used with permission. When you create, share, link to, or otherwise make available any Reviews, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Reviews throughout the world in any manner or media, on or off the Site. You hereby irrevocably waive in favor of Alp N Rock any and all moral rights that you may possess in or to any Reviews. Alp N Rock retains and reserves any and all intellectual property and other proprietary rights in and to its trademarks and nothing in these terms gives you a license or other right to use our trademarks.
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event will Alp N Rock be liable to you or any third party for any incidental, special, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages whatsoever including, but not limited to, damages for loss of property or any other damages or losses, arising out of or related to these Terms, the Service (including the site and any reviews) and/or third-party services or materials, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory) and even if Alp N Rock has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. For any loss or damage that is not excluded under these terms, the total liability of Alp N Rock and its Employees, Agents, Affiliates and Investors will not exceed $100.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless from and against any actual or threatened suits, actions, proceedings (at law or in equity), claims, damages, payments, deficiencies, fines, judgments, settlements, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, penalties, interest, and disbursements) arising from or related to any conduct with respect to the Service or violation (or alleged violation) of these Terms or the rights of any third party by you or any person using your Alp N Rock account.

The terms “We”, “Us”, and “Alp N Rock” refer to the Alp N Rock Service website. The terms “You” and “Your” refer to you, as a visitor or user of the Service. By using the Service, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
When registering as a user to the Service, we receive and store information you enter or provide to us in any other way. The types of personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, URL, phone number, Facebook, Instagram, Google Plus and/or Twitter usernames, location, use information regarding your use of the Service, browser information, and any other data that is tied to such information (collectively, the “Personal Information”). If your location settings are active, we automatically receive your location when you use the Service. We also receive Personal Data from third parties or other sources. We therefore urge you to think carefully about including any specific information you may deem private in comments or other content (location or otherwise) that you create in the Service.
Law Enforcement and Protection. We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) take action regarding suspected illegal activities; (b) enforce or apply our TOS and Privacy Policy; (c) comply with legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order; or (d) protect our rights, reputation, and property, or that of our users, affiliates, or the public. Please note that we are not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that we receive.
Invite Friends and Contacts. You may choose to provide us with another person’s e-mail address or social network profile information so that person may be invited to create an account on this site and become your friend. We use this information to contact and, if necessary, remind that person about the invitation. By providing us with another person’s e-mail address, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the person concerned with respect to such disclosure to us of their Personal Information. Business Transfers If Alp N Rock or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that we cease business operations or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.

We use third parties to improve our ability to identify visitors to our website.
